桃核承气汤化裁辅助西医治疗对卵巢上皮性癌患者血清CA125水平及化疗副作用的影响 【关键词】 卵巢肿瘤；CA125抗原；白细胞计数；桃核承气汤 【摘 要】 目的 观察桃核承气汤化裁辅助西医治疗对卵巢上皮性癌患者的血清CA125水平及化疗副作用的影响。方法 将42例接受卵巢癌肿瘤减灭术治疗的Ⅲ期卵巢上皮性癌患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组20例。对照组术后以PC方案化疗6个疗程，治疗组在PC方案化疗的基础上加用桃核承气汤化裁，连续服用3个月。采用酶联免疫分析法检测2组患者治疗前后的血清CA125，以CA125半衰期为评价卵巢癌治疗效果并监测病情发展的的指标。并根据世界卫生组织(WHO)规定的化疗药物毒性反应分度标准比较2组化疗时恶心呕吐及白细胞计数降低程度。结果 CA125半衰期（T1/2）试验组≤40日者为86.36％，对照组为60.00％，2组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)；治疗组恶心呕吐和白细胞计数降低程度≤Ⅰ度者分别为77.27％和86.36％，对照组分别为55.00％和60.00％，2组比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论 桃核承气汤化裁内服配合西医治疗晚期卵巢癌患者效果满意,比单纯手术加化疗效果要好,且化疗副反应少。 【关键词】 卵巢肿瘤；CA125抗原；白细胞计数；桃核承气汤 Clinical observation of the influence of combined Chinese medicine Taorenchengqi Decoction with chemotherapy on the level of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and the chemotherapy-related side effects in patients with ovarial epithelium carcinoma YANG Bo, LI Haili, ZHANG Jun, et al.
