Key words:pretective agent;amifostine;etoposide;mitromycin;cisplatin;vincristine;chemotherapy;Ho-8910cell （Modern Medical Journal，2006，34:12.14） 使用任何细胞保护剂都有保护肿瘤的潜在风险，理想的细胞保护剂应是确保对正常组织起选择性保护作用，又不影响抗肿瘤的疗效1］ 。目前所做的研究表明广谱的细胞保护剂氨磷汀对正常组织的保护作用是肯定的，但是对于肿瘤的保护作用不能完全排除［2］ 。为了检测氨磷汀对化疗药物抗肿瘤作用的影响，我们观察比较了体外应用丝裂霉素（MMC）、顺铂（DDP）、长春新碱（VCR）和依托泊甙（VP.16）4种药物单独应用及与氨磷汀联合应用对人卵巢癌细胞系Ho.8910细胞的杀伤作用，现将结果报告如下。
