AbstractWiththedevelopmentofweldingtechnology,weldedstructureisbeingwidelyusedinconnectionandsealsituationofmodernindustry.Thequalityofholisticstructuredependsonthereliabilityofweldedseam.Usuallyweldedseambearshightemperature,highpressandevencorrodentenvironment;thereforeitmightstressconcentrationorevencollapsingduringattendedtime.Inordertoavoiddisasterhappens,developedcountriespaymuchattentiontoproceedNDTtolarge-scalestructureandlongevityevaluationofin-serviceweldedbeam.Unfortunatelymanyproblemsstillexistduringfielddetection:savedefectdata;undetected;defectallocationandsoon.Tosolvetheseproblems,thisarticlewilldevelopanultrasonicdetectanddefectallocationsystem.Thissystemcanproceedfielddetectionwhenconnectedwithanote-bookthroughUSBinterface,thispatternextendtheapplicability.Anditiscomposedbytwoparts.Oneisultrasonicsignalcollectiondevice;anotherpartisultrasonicprobeallocationtransducerdevice.Thefunctionofthissystemasfollows:displaythemotionrouteoftheprobeinreal-time;generatethetopviewandsideviewofthedefectautomatically.Thesefunctionssolvetheproblemthathowtoobtainthedefectinformationduringdetectionverywell;furthermorethetwoviewsrealizedefectallocationandpatterndescription.Datasavingprovideareliablefoundationfordatamanipulationandweldedbeamlifetimeevaluationlater.Tocertificatetheprecisionandapplicationvalue,wescanartificialdefectandrealweldedbeamrespectivelybyusingtheultrasonicdefectsystemwedeveloped.Theresultofartificialdefectscanshowsthattheprecisionofthesystemmeetdetectrequest.ByscanningarealweldedbeamandcomparingX-Rayimage,TOFDviewanddefectviewgivenbyourdetectsystem,thisdetectsystemrepresenthightheorysignificance.Inaword,theportabletypedigitalultrasonicdefectsystemthisarticledevelopedimplementsdefectdetectionanddefectallocation.KeywordsNDT；ultrasonic；defectlocalization；dataprocessing目录摘要...............................................................................................................................IAbstract..............................................
