摘要在电力系统中,电压是否正常是衡量电能质量的一个重要标准,而电力系统 的电压是否合格又是与系统内无功功率的平衡密切相关的,各个供电企业为了保 障用户的用电权益,提供更加合格的电力资源,对电压无功的控制也是不断改进 的。区域无功电压优化系统(AVC)改变了原有的无功电压本地分散控制,将一个 区域内的各种电能参数通过实时计算,得到电压无功最优调整方案。本文针对行唐县电网架构,研究如何构建无功电压优化系统,改善县域电网 的电能质量、降低网损、实现无功电压的自动控制。首先在分析无功优化系统原 理基础上,设计了无功优化的系统模型。其次,组建了县级 AVC 系统,给出了系 统安全、运行控制和调度运行管理策略。最后进行了 AVC 系统的实际应用效果分 析,得出县级 AVC 系统不仅改善了本地电网的运行管理水平,提升了电能质量, 而且可以并入到省市一级的 AVC 系统,实现省市县协调控制的目的,对整个电网 的无功电压优化起到非常重要的作用,在县级供电企业具有非常良好的推广前景。关键词:AVC系统;无功电压优化;无功功率控制AbstractIn the power system, voltage is normal is an important measure of power quality, and the voltage of the power system is qualified with the system is reactive power balance is closely related to the various electricity supply companies in order to protect the interests of users, providing more qualified power resources of voltage and reactive power control is constantly improved. Regional reactive power and voltage optimization system (AVC) changed the original local decentralized control voltage and reactive power, power to various parameters within a region through real -time calculation, the optimal voltage and reactive power adjustment programs.In this article, Xingtang grid as the framework to discuss how to build the voltage and reactive system. The power optimization county grid power quality improvement, reduce network losses, reactive power and voltage to ac hieve automatic control.
