摘要由于受到全球金融危机的影响，全球的商品市场受到巨大震动，物流、运输行业也深受其 影响，尤其是国际贸易的纽带——远洋运输业。在非常接近典型的完全竞争的不定期船市场中， 船舶经营人需要最大程度地把握住机遇，规避风险，对船舶运营的每一个航次进行全面、正确 的决策，这样才能平稳地渡过金融危机。论文正是立足于提高船舶经营人决策效率，将船舶经 营人以往从事航次运输的经验有效的表示出来，方便船舶经营人加以利用，从而做出正确的决 策。 论文针对航次决策领域内的静态常识性知识和动态经验性知识，对某航运企业进行实地调 研，并使用知识工程中与知识表示相关的理论和方法展开研究。通过调研，论文分析表示航次 决策知识的特殊需求，并且融合脚本表示方法中按事件序列出现顺序描述知识的思想，改进原 有框架表示方法，提出了基础知识对象、过程知识对象、经验知识对象三层次的航次决策知识 表示方法。然后在该表示方法的基础上，论文对航次决策领域内的基础知识对象、过程知识对 象、经验知识对象的原型分别进行表示；对航次决策知识对象库进行构建，并分别给出航次决 策知识对象获取方法、经验知识对象获取方法以及基于经验知识对象的问题求解智能推理方法； 针对调研的某航运企业业务需求，设计了航次方案求解方法。最后，以调研的某航运企业一段 时间的业务知识为研究对象，对求解航次方案进行了实证研究，证明了论文提出的知识表示方 法的有效性。论文在改进原有框架知识表示方法的基础上，将其应用于航次决策知识的表示， 提升了远洋运输公司在复杂政治、经济环境下仍保证较高收益水平的能力。综上所述，论文的 研究成果具有较高的理论意义和实用价值。 关键词：框架表示，脚本表示，航次决策，常识知识，经验知识 ABSTRACTDue to the impact of the global financial crisis, the global commodities markets subject to considerable vibration, with logistics and transport sectors affected, especially international trade ties– ocean transport. In the market for non-scheduled boat which is very close to the typical full competition, vessel operators need to seize opportunities and avoid the risks to the maximum extent with conducting a comprehensive, correct decision on each voyage, so as to smoothly cope with the financial crisis. This article is based on the increasing of the operators operating efficiency, by representing the past experience in maritime transportation to facilitate the use of the voyage knowledge and make the right decisions for operators.Aiming at static common sense and dynamic experience-based knowledge in the area of voyage making, the thesis does the research based on the enterprise investigation in a shipping company, using theories and methods, knowledge representation related, in knowledge engineering. Through the investigation, the thesis, analyzing the special requirements in representing the knowledge voyage making needed, and considering the idea that depicts knowledge by the sequence of a series of events they hap
