ABSTRACTmain points of data-processing are the interrogate signal’s generation and detector signal’s test, the thesis narrates the design of the hardware and software in detail and gives the simulation results of main modules.Practice has proved that the tester has small size, high reliability and good compatibility, especially suitable for the evaluation of the working status and performance of RF components in the absence of large-scale testing-equipment.
