AbstractBearing plays an important role in aeroengine rotor. The reliability of bearing is the key to keep the reliability of the rotor. Bearing in areroengine rotor faces works in the condition of high temperature and high load. It is a useful way to improve the design of bearing and evaluate the performance of bearing by developing specified bearing test rig. The advanced bearing test technique has been considered to be the base to prompt the development of bearing technology.This paper reports on the design of the aeroengine inter-bearing test rig to simulate the lubrication of the aeroengine main bearing and the dynamics of the aeroengine rotor. The rotor of test rig is same with the aeroengine in structure, support characteristics and lode condition, can provide an accurate testing environment for the aeroengine rotor and aeroengine main bearing. Basing on the module design, the test rig can be used on the ball bearing, roller bearing and angle bearing. The maximum rotation speed is 24000r/min and the maximum test temperatures is 200℃.Throughout the paper , the totality structure is defined to simulate the areoengine, and solidworks is used to build the three dimension model. Basing on the simple kinematics assumption in the bearing and the point to point contact theory , the mechanics model of bearing is built to solve the axis stiffness and the radius stiffness of the angle bearing. In the way of mass simplify and the bearing simplify, the test rig rotor is modeled in ANSYS. First, the dynamics and the non-balance harmonic response of the independent rotors in each block are studied to determine the proper working rotation speed area. Then research on how to build the dynamics model of flexible diaphagme coupling and take this conclusion into the multi-rotor and got the accurate dynamics result.
