First of all, the demands of the accessories management of the aerospace enterprise were analysised and the overall goal of the Accessories Management System of the aerospace enterprise was definited,the overall development framework of the system was established based on Java EE.On the basis of the framework,the structure of the system was identified,then, the deployment scheme and network environment of system have been designed.Also,roles for users and models of function were designed,the use case of the models of function was completed. Secondly, the theory of supply chain management and the relationship between it and the quality management were analyzed.
