ExperimentalstudyontherapyofrheumatoidarthritisratsbyFire-needlecombineTaiyimoxaconeMajor:AcupunctureandMoxibustionPostgraduate:SuRonghuaSupervisor:WangGuangyi[Abstract]Objective:ThePurposeofthisstudywastoinvestigatedthemechanismintreatmentofadjuvantarthritis(AA)rats,providedatheoreticalbasisforacupuncturetreatmentofrheumatoidarthritis(RA),whichthroughthemethodsofFire-needlecombineTaiyimoxacone.Methods:Theratswererandomlydividedintonormal,model,Fire-needle,Tai-yimoxaconeandcomPrehensivegroup.Exceptnormalgroup,theother4groupswereestablishedbyinjectingFreundscompleteadjuvantmodel,Thetreatmentgrouptreatmentfor14days,thenobservedthegeneralconditionsofrats,andtherats’footsswellingdegreeweredetectedbyvolumetricmethod,theserumIL-17,OPG,sCD4andsCD8weredeterminedbyELISA.Results:1.aftermodeling,themodelgroupcomparedwiththenormalgroup,theratfootswelledobviously,therewassignificantdifference(P0.05);Afterfourteenthdaysoftreatment,comparedwithmodelgroupandcontrolgroup,theratfootswellingweresignificantly(P0.05),eachtreatmentgroupcomparedwiththemodelgroup,theratfootswellingwassignificantdifference(P0.05),comprehensivegroufire-needlegroupcomparedwiththeTaiyimoxibustiongroup,theratfootswelling,wassignificantdifference(P0.05),comprehensivegroupcomparedwithfire-needlegroup,theratfootswellingdegreewasnosignificantdifference(P0.05);2.aftertreatment,eachtreatmentgroupcomparedwithmodelgroupthelevelsof-sCD4andsCD8decreased,thelevelofOPGincreased,thereweresignificantdifference(P0.05)inserumofrats;comprehensivegroupcomparedwithTaiyimoxibustiongroupandFire-needlegroup,thelevelsof-sCD4andsCD8decreased,thelevelofOPGincreased,thechangedhadsignificantdifference(P0.05);TaiyimoxibustiongroupcomparedwithFire-needlegroup,thelevelsofsCD4andsCD8decreased,thelevelofOPGincreased,thereweresignificantdifference(P0.05).Conclusion:1.TheFire-eeeTaiyiIIImoxaconecouldreducetheratfootswelling,improvedlimbfunction,improvetheimmunefunctionofrats,andcomprehensivegroupwerethebest;2.Theire-eeeTaiyimoxaconehadcertainth
