摘要装备制造业是为国民经济和国防安全提供技术装备的企业的总称，即为国民 经济和国防建设提供技术装备的基础性、战略性产业，它是制造业的核心组成部 分，也是实现新型工业化发展的重要基础条件。衡量装备制造业发展水平的一个重要指标是其产业创新能力，创新能力强的 产业才有较高的竞争力和发展潜力。随着装备制造业日渐成为湖南省的支柱产业 之一，其创新能力直接影响着湖南省工业化水平。而当前装备制造业产业创新问 题的研究上，现有的分析仍还是片段式的，未形成整体分析框架。因此本文选取产业创新能力这一视角，搜集了中国内地除新疆、西藏、青海 3 省之外的其他 28 个省市 2008 年至 2010 年的相关数据，采用因子分析和黄金比 例分割法实证研究了湖南省装备制造业的发展水平和发展趋势 ，得出了湖南省装 备制造业创新能力水平处于全国中上等水平的结论，并详细分析了影响湖南省装 备制造业产业创新能力的因素，最终提出提升湖南省制造业产业创新能力的对策 。论文共分为 7 个部分。第一章是绪论，说明选题的背景和意义，概括文章的 整体思路、结构框架及研究方法。第二章，对产业创新及装备制造业的相关理论 进行回顾，并对文章所需的相关含义进行界定。第三章，对湖南省装备制造业的 产业创新现状分析，针对湖南省装备制造业的产业创新发展现状和所存在的问题 进行了分析。第四章，对湖南省装备制造业的产业创新能力进行评价，通过数据 的采集，运用因子分析和黄金分割的方法来计算湖南省装备制造业产业创新指标 的得分和在全国所处的地位。第五章，根据前文 实证研究的结果，分析和分解影 响湖南省装备制造业产业创新能力的因素，并分析湖南省的优劣势所在。第六章 ， 根据湖南省装备制造业的实际情况提出针对性的对策建议。第七部分是 结论，对 全文进行回顾与总结。本文在采用因子分析法对各个省份装备制造业产业创新能力进行量化评价的 同时，还在因子分析的基础上采用了黄金比例分割法对各个装备制造业的产业创 新能力进行了进一步验证，这是本文主要的创新之处，强化了实证研究的可靠性， 最后提出了合理可行的政策建议，对提升湖南省装备制造业的产业创新能力有着 较强的现实意义。关键词：装备制造业；产业创新；区位熵指数；因子分析；黄金比例分割法ABSTRACTThe equipment manufacturing industry is the general term of th ose enterprises which supplying technical equipment for the national economy and national security.
