HuoxueRuanjiansideoftherabbitchroniccompressionofcervicalspinalcordglialfibrillaryacidicprotein(GFAP)ExperimentalobservationAbstractObjective:Observationofcervicalspondyloticmyelopathy(cervicalspondyloticMyclopathyofanimalexperiments,referredtoasCSM)rabbithindlimbfunctioninspinalcordafterchroniccompression,aswellaschangesofglialfibrillaryacidicprotein(GFAP)inspinalcordcompression,andobservetheeffectoftheimprovementofrabbithindlegsfunctioning,andthenumberofacidicprotein(GFAP)andchangeofcollagenfibers,andprovideclinicalguidancefortheChinesemedicinetreatmentofcervicalspondyloticmyelopathyMethods:CaiQinLincervicalspondyloticmyelopathyanimalmodel,placedinstainlesssteelscrewsintherabbitcervicalvertebralbeforetheestablishmentofarabbitchroniccervicalspinalcordcompressionanimalmodels,dividedintofourgroups(n=20):controlgroup,shamoperationprocessing,andnotplacedinscrewshamoperation,feedingsaline;modelinginthecontrolgroup,successfulmodelingoffeedingsaline;ChinesemedicineHuoxuesidegroup,themodelwassuccessfulfeedHuoxueRecipeChineseherb;traditionalChinesemedicineandbloodcirculationtheRuanjiansidegroup,modelingafterthesuccessfeedingtheRuanjiansideservingtraditionalChinesemedicineHuoxue.Theendofthemodelingunderwenthindlimbnervefunctionevaluationtoconfirmtheexperimentalanimalstomeetthestandards,theacuteinjury,ifany,shallbediscardedafterthesuccessofmodeling.Werefedfiveweeksanimalsweresacrificedaftereachgroupof15specimens(immunohistochemistryEnVision)detectionofspinalcordglialfibrillaryacidicprotein(GFAP).Results:Fourgroupsofexperimentalanimals,theblankgrouptoseetheanteriorhornofthespinalcordgraymatteronlyseeasmallnumberofGFAPpositiveastrocytes,smallprotrusions,theprotrusionsarefewer,notmanysmallbranchesprotrudingthinandlongcellbodyshapeisnotclear,lightstaining,Thecellsareshapedlikeaspider,wasscattered.GFAPpositiveastrocytesintheependymalareaoutsidethegraymatterandwhitematterinthespinalcordofthemodelcontrolgrouptoseealargenumberofweakstainingtheexpressionofGFAPpositivecells,GFAPpositiv
