南京 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 机场 机场场面移动目标终端监控系统设计与实现 i i PAGE PAGE iv 摘 要 随着我国民航运输业的飞速发展，机场客货运输吞吐量快速提高，机场场面移动目标增 多导致场面拥堵，飞机与飞机、飞机与车辆之间碰撞的可能性也成倍增长。因此如何降低机 场场面运行冲突概率，提高场面运行效率成为当务之急，而提高机场场面监视自动化水平正 是解决这一问题的重要途径之一。 本文研究 基 于 广 播 式 自 动 相 关 监 视 系 统 (Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast ,ADS-B)提供监视数据，以高速数据链路作为信息传输桥梁，搭建以 Visual C++和 MapX 地图控件为监控系统地理信息显示软件的开发平台，结合电子地图技术、全球卫星定 位技术、数据库技术以及路径规划算法等实现集监控、调度、路径规划、指挥管理于一体的 机场终端区监控系统。本文研究工作主要包括： （1）深入研究机场场面终端监控系统的组成与工作原理，通过分析地理信息系统 （Geographic Information System,GIS）组件技术、ADS-B 技术及全球卫星定位技术，提出终 端监控显示系统的总体结构设计方案。 （2）对终端监控系统实时监控所涉及的移动目标定位数据解析、数据存储、地图匹配 以及路径规划等关键技术进行详细分析与设计。 （3）根据设计的监控终端监控系统功能需求，设计并开发出监控终端软件系统，首先 使用 MapInfo 软件获取机场场面滑行道以及节点信息，构建滑行道网络拓扑结构，后利用 Visual C++及 MapX 地图控件搭建软件平台，实现平台下调用 MapInfo 格式电子地图显示以 及 GIS 功能开发（如放大、缩小、平移、旋转、图层控制、鹰眼图等）。 （4）利用解析后的监控数据进行实时监控功能的软件开发，并结合 SQL Server 数据库 及 ADO 数据库访问技术，为历史轨迹回放分析做数据存储。 （5）对改进后的 Dijkstra 算法进行深入研究，根据场面滑行规则及冲突类型，在计算 出固定最短径的基础上，引入场面滑行冲突类型与运行规则，实现无冲突的滑行路径规划， 在搭建的系统软件平台下，实现航空器的无冲突滑行路径计算功能。 关键词：机场场面监控，ADS-B，地理信息系统， Dijkstra 算法，电子地图，MapX， 滑行冲突，TDSP Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas civil aviation industry,the airport throughput of passenger and freight transport increases rapidly.More and more airport surface moving targets lead to the congestion,which results in doubled growth of the possibility of collision between aircrafts and vehicles.Therefore,how to reduce the collision probability so as to improve the surface running efficiency becomes the top prority.To improve the atomatic level of airport surveillance is one way to solve this problem. This paper designs a surveillance display system based on the ADS-B provides surveillance data,with the link of high speed data link as information transmission bridge,VC and MapX Map Control as software platform to build the geographical information display,combined with electronic map technology, GPS positioning technology, database technology and path planning algorithm to achieve a set of monitoring, scheduling, route planning, command and m
