AbstractSincethe1990s,theindustrialclusterhasgraduallydevelopedtobeanimportantformofeconomicorganizationintheglobaleconomy.Itprovidesanimportantmodeofdevelopmentandplatformtosmallandmedium-sizedenterprise.Industrialclusterplayanincreasinglyirreplaceableroleintheeconomicdevelopmentofcountries.InChina,theclusterenterprisesdonotpayattentiontosupplylogisticsmoduleinalongtime.Supplylogisticsintheindustryclusterhasnotbeenabletobefullydeveloped.Thesupplylogisticsareoftenfragmented,andunabletoformajointforce.Theresourcesuseisnotfully,costofthelogisticsremainshigh.Inthecurrent,theindividualizationofthecustomersdemandbecomesmoreandmoreprominent,theuncertaintyofthemarketincreases.Thecurrentsituationofsupplylogisticshasbecomeabottleneckinthedevelopmentofindustrycluster.Integrationofsupplylogisticsisanewmodelofclusterenterpriselogistics.Theenterprisescanformascale,throughtheintegrationoflogisticsresourcesinthecluster.Integrationofsupplylogisticscanalsoreducetheclusterenterprisepurchasecostandlogisticscosts,andhavegreattheoreticalandpracticalsignificancetosolvethecostdifficultiesofclusterenterpriseandachieveawin-winsituation.Thispaperthinksbreakingthebottleneckinthedevelopmentofthelogisticsindustryclusteristhestartingpoint.Specificallymainlyhasthefollowingseveralaspects：First,thearticleanalyzestheestablishedprinciplesandinfluencingfactors.Onthisbasis,thearticleprovidesthreeintegrateddevelopmentmodesofthesupplylogistics.Thenitanalysestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthethreemodels.Itprovidesthebasisfortheclustertoselectsuitablemodesoforganizationontheiractual.Second,thebenefit-sharingisthebasisofenterpriselogisticsintegration.Throughanalysesandcomparisonoftheprocurementcosts,ultimatelyselectjointprocurementastheresearchobject.ThepaperuseShapleymethod,Nashnegotiationmodel,simplifiedMCRSmethodandGQPmethodtosharethecostsincurredontheintegratedprocess.Thosemethodsensurethefairness,andmakecooperationfoundationforthelong-termenterpriseinthecluster.Third,thepapermakesYiwuCommodityIndustria
