摘要随着我国城市化进程的加快，发展城市经济的同时，出现生态景观的恶化，土地的区位效益大大减弱，城市的污染日益严重等生态问题，严重影响了人们的身体健康以及经济建设与发展。因此，怎样将生态环境与区域资源的特征以及生态功能作为基础，制定出城镇或区域发展与生态环境保护的策略，实现城镇与区域经济社会可持续发展，已成为关键的问题摆在了我国政府及科学界面前。本文以崇义县为研究目标，进行了基础资料的收集和整理，将当前的生态环境现状作为基础，在分析了崇义县的生态问题的同时，对其生态环境进行了敏感性评价，充分研究和评价的基础之上，进行了崇义县的生态功能分区工作，揭示了崇义县生态系统的空间分异规律。主要分区措施采用三个环节：（1）确认指标体系前，翻阅了大量相关资料，进行基础数据的收集，随后选取了水文、土壤侵蚀、生境、地质灾害以及耕地胁迫性5个因子进行了单因子的敏感性评价。（2）运用ArcGIS软件进行因子分析，根据分析结果，将单因子运用空间叠置的方法，得出敏感性综合评价指标，以此为基础进行生态功能分区。（3）对每个功能区的特征进行描述，揭示各功能区的生态现状以及环境问题，为崇义县可持续发展的实现给予科学的管理措施和保护建议。最后本文在以上研究的基础上，根据崇义县的现实状况，从协调生态环境与经济建设的关系出发，以探索合理、有效的土地利用方式为角度提出对策与建议，指导区域生态保护与建设规划，指导区域内的资源的开发利用与产业布局，突出生态环境在社会经济发展中的地位，扬长避短充分发挥区域优势，实现资源优化配置，为崇义县生态补偿机制的建立以及实现社会－经济－生态三者的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。关键词：崇义县；生态环境敏感性评价；生态功能分区AbstractWiththespeedingupofurbanizationinourcountry,developmentofurbaneconomyatthesametime,alotofecologicalproblemshaveemerged,suchasdeteriorationofecologicallandscape,locationbenefitofthelandisgreatlyreducedandthecitypollutionisincreasinglyserious,seriouslyaffectedthepeople’shealthandtheconstructionanddevelopmentoftheeconomy.So,howwillbasedonthenatureandecologicalefficiencyforthenaturalenvironmentandregionalenergy,establishsuitablestrategyforurbanorregionaldevelopmentandecologicalenvironmentprotection,bringaboutthesustainabledevelopmentfortheurbanorregionalofeconomicsocial,ithasbecomeanimportantsubjectfacedbythegovernmentandthescientificcommunityinourcountry.OnabasisofChongyicountryastheresearchtarget,collectionandsortingthebasicdata,thecurrentsituationforthepresentecologicalenvironmentasastartingpoint,ontheanalysisfortheecologicalproblemsofChongyicountryatthesametime,conducttheecologicalenvironmentsensitivityevaluationfortheChongyicounty,onthebasisoffullanalysisandevaluation,ConductedtoecologicalfunctiondivisionworkforChongyicountry,showsthedifferentspatialdistributionruleofecologicalenvironmentsystemfortheChongyicountry.Mainlydividedintothreesteps:(1)Beforeconfirmtheindexsystem,throughreadalargeamountofrelevantinformation,conductthecollectionofbasisdata,thensel
