AbstractCascadedhighvoltageinvertersarewidelyappliedinfansandpumpscontrolsystem.Duetotheproductiontechnicsprocess,somenewperformancesofthecapabilityandreliabilityofinvertersarerequired.Whenthethree-phaseasynchronousmotorsdrivedbyinvertersareconnectedtotheloadwithhigherinertia,theinvertershouldbeabletostartvorticallyeventhoughthemotorisrunningfreely.Insomeimportantsituation，theinvertermustbypasstheexceptionalfaultpowercellandruncontinuously.Themainresearchworkofthispaperisasfollows:Basedonsteady-statemathematicalmodelandmechanicalcharacteristics,thespeedestimationmethodwhentheasynchronousmotorrunsfreelyisanalyzed.Withthevariablefrequencytestvoltageappliedtothemotorstators,themotorspeedisindirectlyestimatedbymeansofthestatorcurrent.Thesoftwareflowchartformotorspeedestimationisdesignedandsimulated.Themethodhowtobypassthefaultpowerunitandcontrolthevariablefrequencysystemoperatingcontinuouslyisresearched.Aimedattheoutputlinevoltagetobesymmetricallybalanced,twomethodsareputforward,includingcorrectingamplitudeofphasevoltageandadjustingphaseangleofphasevoltage.Thephaseangleadjustingforlinevoltagesymmetrybalanceiscalculated.Thedynamicphaseadjustmentofthemodulationwaveandthecyclemodificationofthetrianglecarrierwaveatthefaultphaseareanalyzed.Theoreticalanalysisandsimulationresultsshowthat,theproposedschemethatthemotorspeedcanbeindirectlyestimatedbymeansofthestatorcurrentisprovedcorrectandfeasible.The3thharmoniccomponentinjectedforthepurposeofincreasingDCutilitymaybringsomedisadvantageeffectwhenthenumbersofpowercellaredifferentamongthree-phase.themethodbywhichthephaseangleoffundamentalwaveand3thharmonicwaveareadjustedrespectivelycanrestrainthe3thharmoniccomponentintheinverteroutputvoltageeffectively.Keywords:cascadedhighvoltageinverters,flyingstart,speedestimation,bypasscontrol,phaseangleadjustment目录摘要.........................................................................................................................IABSTRACT.................................................
