Make our turkey taste better Thanksgiving Day is a important traditional festival in western countries . All the families get together on the day . On the festival party ,there is a specialty----turkey . Turkey is the traditional entrée in thanksgiving day .People usually roast the turkey with its paunch fill up with flavouring and stuffing . Though turkey tastes good ,but some people chose to not eat it . It is not because they don’t like turkey but it contains a lot of fat and calories . It will cause obesity ,and it is not fit for the aged to eat . How can we make a delicious turkey that contains less fat and calories ? We can modify in these five aspects : Part one----Gravy Stran off the grease by using a gravy fat separator cup . You can purchase one in cooking supply and discount stores carry them ,too An alternative method is to freeze the juice in a shallow pan for about 15 minutes .
