 摘要 为什么中国学生在英语写作中会出现这样的错误？哪些错误比较具有普遍性？这些错误 的背后是否隐藏着某些规律？如何才能够减少错误的出现从而提高学生的英语写作能 力？这些一直是英语教师在教学实践中的困惑。很多专家和学者在这方面作了大量研 究，但针对初中生写作错误的研究很有限。本文以笔者任教学校的九年级学生的抽样作 文为研究对象，以错误分析、对比分析和中介语理论为理论基础，对所收集的错误就错 误类别、错误产生的原因以及教师可以采取哪些相应措施来减少这些错误从而提高初中 生的英语语言应用能力作了一定的探讨。 研究结果表明引起初中生英语写作错误的最主要原因来自母语的负迁移(interlingual errors)，其次是英语学习本身造成的语际错误(intralingual errors),另外学生的学 习动机和学习态度也是不可忽视的因素。根据对初中生英语写作错误的分析讨论情况， 本文为初中英语教学以及写作教学提出了相应的建议：(1)词汇乃是英语学习的关键， 教师应该引起足够重视，考虑如何使词汇教学更有效；(2)在教学中把英汉两种语言进 行适当的对比，注重语际共性和异性的平衡，降低母语的干扰，促进母语的正迁移； (3)采用有效的教学手段激发学生的学习动机，增强学生对英语写作的兴趣。　 希望本文的讨论能够为初中生英语写作学习及相关教学提供某些实际的帮助。 关键词： 错误; 错误分析； 语际错误； 语内错误； 错误更正 Abstract It is a common problem that most of the junior students are weak in English writing. Language teachers often meet with various errors made by the students in the process of English writing teaching. No matter what e?orts teachers and students make, errors seem to be inevitable. There is no doubt that errors have been a troublesome problem for both English teachers and students. So the strong motivation for this study is to examine what kind of errors students of Chinese junior high school commonly make in writing by reviewing their compositions in order to determine what teachers of English in junior high school should do to help their students minimize those errors. 45 com- positions written by Year 9 students in the junior high school where the author works were collected as research samples. Then all the errors were identi?ed and categorized statistically according to di?erent linguistic levels and sources. The ?ndings are that (1) lexical errors take the lead in the total errors, which means the students’ expressive vocabulary is quite limited; (2) word for word translation from Chinese into English is a universal phenomenon in the subjects’ writings; (3) errors caused by Chinese rank ?rst in contrast to intralingual errors, which adequately implies that mother tongue interference does play a signi?cant role in the acquisition of the English langua
