不同剂量黄芪对stzyou导的糖尿病大鼠肾脏氧化应激的抑制作用及机制
提 要
目的:研究中药黄芪颗粒对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾脏氧
化应激的影响,探讨不同剂量黄芪颗粒对 DM 大鼠肾脏氧化应激的抑制作用及对肾脏
的保护作用。方法:健康雄性 Wistar 大鼠 48 只,随机分成 6 组:分为正常组、DM
组、西药组、中药黄芪低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组8只,除正常组外,其
余 40 只采用 STZ 诱导为 DM 模型。各组按相应药物剂量灌胃给药,12 周末测量肾功
能、24h尿蛋白等生化检查,肾皮质丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活
性、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)含量,并进行肾脏组织病理学形态分析。结果:西药
组、黄芪低、中、高剂量组与DM组比较24h尿蛋白量、MDA量和8-OHdG含量显著下
降(P0.01),SOD 活性显著增高(P0.01),各治疗组与 DM 组比较肾功能明显改善
(
P0.01)。结论:中药黄芪可抑制糖尿病大鼠肾脏氧化应激反应,同时对肾脏功能
有保护作用。

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Astragalus membranceus granule on the renal
oxidation stress in streptozotocin induced diabetic rats and its mechanism; to investigate
the effect of different doses of Astragalus membranceus on the oxidation stress in the
kidney of the diabetic rats.
Methods :A total of 48 healthy male Wistar rats were used, 8 rats were randomly
chosen to be the normal control group, and the rest were induced to be diabetes mellitus
(DM) rats by injections of streptozotocin (STZ). Simultaneously the rest 40 were randomly
divided into 5 groups (the diabetes mellitus group, the western medicine group, the
Astragalus membranceus low dosage group, the Astragalus membranceus middle dosage
group, the Astragalus membranceus high dosage group), and every group had 8 rats that
were fed on corresponding diet by intragastric administration. After 12 weeks the
biochemical test were used to measure their renal function, levels of urine protein
quantitate of 24 hours ,etc, and other tests were done to
