Abstract Abstract Now international large cities are completing the change which from magistral manufacturing to magistral service. In this course of the change, creative industry become important increasing point of economy develop quickly. The world concern animation and comic industry which qua an important part of creative industry more and more. Although Chinese animation and comic industry commenced early, it stay developmental junior period for social and historical cause and drop behind American and Japanese animation and comic industry. Aim at the developmental actuality of Chinese animation and comic industry, the most important question is establish a comprehensive and effective animation and comic chain. In every joint of this chain, market joint is the most unsubstantial one. The center of market is establishing the market strategy which could accelerate animation and comic product’s sale. According the condition of international animation and comic market, there are three market strategy, brand market strategy, distributing channel strategy, promotion strategy. It’s market rule which international and inland animation and comic company feel out in practice, the market rule could be applied in the process of Chinese animation and comic industry. Furthermore China need to establish animation and comic product’s market strategy which have Chinese feature with actual condition of animation and comic market. First, Chinese animation and comic market need stuff who is familiar with rule of animation and comic market and market regulation. So national correlative department need to train this kind of stuff to accelerate market of animation and comic product. Second, the leading market model of Chinese animation and comic product is small workshop management, which circumscribe the step of Chinese animation and comic industry’s advancing.
