药物流产与人工流产疗效对比分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解药物流产与人工流产的疗效。方法 选择在本院门诊进行流产的妇女（妊娠均≤49 d）共300例，按照流产方式的不同将其分为药物流产组150例，人工流产组150例，两组患者在年龄、婚姻状况、初潮年龄、流产次数、职业、文化程度差异均无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。记录两组患者流产后阴道流血时间，流产后2周复查B超有无残留，流产后是否出现腹痛，流产后下次月经来潮时间、月经量。 结果 药物流产组阴道流血时间长于人工流产组，下次月经来潮时间短于人工流产组；人工流产组成功率高于药物流产组。 结论 人工流产与药物流产相比，成功率较高，术后阴道流血时间短，但下次月经来潮时间较长，月经量较前减少者较药物流产多。 　　[关键词] 药物流产；人工流产；成功率；阴道流血时间；月经转归情况 　　[中图分类号] R169.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）03（a）-0049-02 　　 　　Comparison and analysis on the efficacy of medical and induced abortion 　　ZHANG Yongfen 　　Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province, Jiangmen 529000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy of medical and induced abortion. Methods Three hundred women undergoing abortion (gestation ≤49 days) in our hospital outpatient were selected, they were randomly divided into medical abortion group 150 cases and induced abortion group 150 cases according to the difference abortion methods. There were significant difference in the age, martial status, the age of menophania, the times of abortion, career and degree of education between two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Vagina bleeding time, whether having remains by B Ultrasonic after 2 weeks of abortion, the pain of abdomen, recovery time of next menstruation and menstrual volume after abortion of two groups were detected. Results The vagina bleeding time of medical abortion group was higher than that of induce abortion group, the time of next menstruation of medical abortion group were shorter than that of induced abortion group; but the success rate induced abortion group was significantly higher than that of medical abortion group. Conclusion The success rate of induced abortion group was significantly higher which compared with medical abortion group, the vagina bleeding time is short, but the recovery time of next menstruation is longer, and the amount of little menstrual volume of the patients of induce abortion ar
