形态学检查在早期眼表感染性疾病诊断中临床价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 为提高临床诊断率，了解形态学检查在早期眼表感染性疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 选择2009年1月～2010年6月在我院眼科门诊就诊的105例疑似眼表感染性疾病患者，对照分析形态学检查和培养检查真菌及细菌结果。结果 105例标本中，形态学检查真菌阳性率为34.3%，培养检查真菌阳性率20.8%，形态学检查阳性率显著高于培养检查（P=0.048＜0.05）。形态学检查和培养检查细菌结果对照显示，无显著差异性（P=0.149＞0.05）。结论 形态学检查在眼表疾病的早期诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值，可以辅助医生及早确诊，且能了解患者感染的微生物种类，指导临床进行有效治疗。 　　[关键词] 眼表感染性疾病；形态学检查；感染；诊断 　　[中图分类号] R711 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）34-36-02 　　 　　Clinical Value Research of Morphological Inspection on the Early Diagnosis of Ocular Surface Infective Disease 　　CHEN Ru 　　Ophtalmology Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College，Wenzhou 325000，China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To improve the clinical diagnosis rate，and understand the clinical application value of morphological inspection in the early diagnosis of ocular surface infective disease. Methods All 105 cases of patients with ocular surface infective disease that were treated in the department of outpatient of our hospital between January 2009 and June 2010 were selected. Comparatively analyze fungi and bacteria results of morphological inspection and that of culture inspection. Results Among 105 cases of samples，fungi positive rate of morphological inspection was 34.3%，and fungi positive rate of culture inspection was 20.8%. Fungi positive rate of morphological inspection were significantly higher than culture inspection（P=0.048＜0.05）. The difference of results of bacteria wasnt significant，according to the situation that was controlled between morphological inspection and that of culture inspection（P=0.149＞0.05）.
