Through the detection of the operating characteristics, the analysis and prediction of the performance of the residual current circuit breaker can be made based on the analysis of the change of the operating characteristic data. In this way, it can improve the performance deficiency, and improve the stability of the work. In order to meet the detection requirements of the residual current circuit breaker, an operating characteristics detection device was designed in this paper, which mainly consists of industrial control machine, residual operating current generation module, current adjustment module, residual operating current detection module, actuating time detection module, automatic reset and closing module and so on. More importantly, it realizes the continuous, real-time, high-efficient and accurate measurement of the operating characteristics of the leakage circuit breaker. Keywords: detection device for operating characteristics, residual operating current detection, operating time detection 0 引言 作为低压配电系统中重要的终端保护电器，漏电断路器可有效地防止由于漏电所引发的火灾、触电等事故，保护用电人员的生命财产安全。由于漏电断路器的工作性能与组成其的电子或电磁元件性能紧密 相关，而环境温度、湿度、震动、电磁干扰等因素，会影响电子或电磁元件的性能进而影响漏电断路器的工作性能[1-5]。因此，为了提高其工作时的稳定性，对于漏电断路器工作性能的检测变得尤为重要。
