不同茶园茶树与土壤铜含量及分布特征   摘要:采用火焰原子分光光度法测定了不同茶园茶树及对应土壤样品中铜的含量,研究茶树各部位及土壤中铜的分布特征,以富集系数(BAF)为指标对茶树吸收累积铜的能力进行评价。结果表明,茶树新梢与树体铜含量分别为(10.65±0.68)mg/kg和13.85 mg/kg;茶园土壤全铜和有效态铜含量分别为17.09~89.33 mg/kg和2.72~12.28 mg/kg;树体各部位铜含量和分布率为侧根>叶片>主根>生产枝>骨干枝,其中根系及叶片吸收累积铜占树体的49.87%和22.28%;不同茶园茶树的各部位铜含量、铜分布率及富集系数等均差异明显;不同茶园的土壤全铜和有效态铜含量及铜利用率(PBC)均差异明显;茶树体、叶片、主根、侧根铜含量与土壤铜含量之间相关不显著。   关键词:茶树;土壤;铜;富集系数;分布特征   中图分类号:S571.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2012)07-1370-05      Cu Concentration and Distribution Characteristics of Tea Plants (Camellia sinensis) and Soil in Different Tea Gardens      ZHAO Ya-ting1,DU Xiao1,2,LI Pin-wu1,WEI Xiao-hui2,YU Zheng-lun2,GAO Rong2   (1.College of Horticulture, Sichuan Agricultural University, Yaan 625014, Sichuan, China;   2.Yaan Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Verification, Yaan 625000, Sichuan, China)      Abstract: The method of FAAS was used for the determination of Cu concentration of the soil and tea plants samples from different tea gardens. The distribution characteristics of Cu concentration in different parts of tea plants and soil were investigated and the absorption and accumulation ability of Cu by tea plants was evaluated by the enrichment coefficient. The results showed that the Cu concentration of tea shoots and tea plants were (10.65±0.68)mg/kg and 13.85 mg/kg, respectively. The ranges of the total Cu and available Cu in soil were 17.09~89.33 mg/kg and 2.72~12.28 mg/kg. Cu concentration and distribution in different parts sorted as side root > leaves > main root > production branch > backbone branch. The Cu concentration absorbed and accumulated by roots and leaves of the tea plants were 49.87% and 22.28%. The Cu concentration, distribution and enrichment coefficients in tea plants of different tea gardens were significantly different. And the tea plants showed weak enrichment ability of Cu. There was also significantly difference in total Cu, available Cu, utilization ratio of Cu in soil among different tea gardens. There was no
