Through video images of detection and recognition of the road, road traffic flow, monitoring, etc, the traffic flow information extraction, through video images of detection and recognition, still can real-time detection and identification of violate the traffic violations phenomenon plate number for public security traffic management department, provide strong evidence of law enforcement.
