What the article introduces is the software design and the hardware design of the automatic control system of the solid tire curing production. In this design, the upper position computer and the lower position PLC to is uses realize the monitoring of temperature and pressure in the tire curing produce process. the temperature control precision is±1℃. In this system, it uses two PLC, which link to the same computer, to meet the realization of independent control of two sets of curing productions system. In the curing process, temperature data be picked by thermal resistance Pt100 and be transformed by EM231,then it delivers to CPU224. Pressure data be gathered by far transmission pressure gauge, and be delivered to CPU224 after EM235 transforms, too. All the control parameters are set by the upper computer and transferred to CPU224 before the production. In the production, the host computer receives data and storages it, and plots curved line of the situation of actual temperature and pressure, manages the production and so on. PLC completes the PID control, and the PID result is used for adjusting the admission valve and opening or closing the bleeder valve. When the temperature request can’t be fully satisfied, and the deviation is in the permission scope, PLC will automatically completes the equivalent vulcanization and rings the alarm. When the deviation of hypothesis and actual are too big, the alarm will ring also and conclusion the curing.
