学校文化建设--北京市陈经纶中学的个案研究 XXX 内 容 摘 要 当前，学校正遭受着来自各方面的冲击，学校组织越来越成为让社区和家长难以满意的地方。学校的困境促使学校文化在学校发展过程中的作用的彰显，原因就在于它可以使学校成员重新聚合在一起，使他们的学校生活充满意义，并使学校获得可持续发展。 本研究采用学校文化的微观研究方式，以北京市陈经纶中学作为考察对象，透视该校的学校文化及其建设过程，以期对朝阳区教育的发展提供思路和借鉴。 本研究从三个方面进行： 首先，在学校历史方面，学校历史在学校的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。要想创新学校文化，必须建立在对学校历史的充分了解和把握的基础上，探寻学校的传统与习俗。 其次，在学校制度方面，学校制度建设的过程并不仅仅止于建立健全学校的各种规章制度，还是在学校师生员工中间培植学校共享价值观的过程。因此，学校制度的建设应以学校制度文化的形成为旨要。 再次，在学校的成员方面，教师、学生、校长是学校文化建设的主体，他们共同营造着学校文化。学校文化建设就是要通过校长的道德领导形成合作的教师文化，形成良好和谐的师生关系，有效应对学生反学校文化。校长是学校文化建设的有力推动者。 学校文化建设的目的在于通过这样一个建设过程，把学校建成一个学习共同体和道德共同体。当然，学校文化也是一把双刃剑，它可以提高学校竞争优势，也可能创造出某种状态，阻碍学校进行必要的改革和创新。因此，我们必须使学校文化的建设经常处于主动建构的动态过程中。 Abstract At present, schools are subject to assaults. There are more and more distrusts to disintegrate the school organization from society and parents. This situation has made school culture play a more important role in school development precess. The reasons lie it can unify staff and students, make their school life full of meaning. This thesis adopts micro-research mode on school culture and take Chenjinglun high school as my subject of investigation, appreciate carefully the school culture and its process of construction. Through research, I think schools values are the background support and the cores of school culture. Specifically speaking, we can research in 3 aspects: Firstly, construct school culture from the perspective of school history. School culture is never baseless. In order to construct school culture, we must knowledge school history and trace school development track, find its tradition. Secondly, construct school culture from the perspective of school institutions. During school culture construction process, we should give school?institutionalization a soul, and form school institution culture is what we need.
