抛物面天线误差测量软件系统设计
摘 要
随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,抛物面天线测量技术,在现代天线技术以及军事科研领域中的地位日益重要。本论文的主要工作是对抛物面天线设计其对应的测量系统软件,文中主要探讨和开发了抛物面天线误差测量系统的数据处理和显示软件。
抛物面天线是目前比较常用的天线之一,其结构一般由反射面,天线支架,加强筋等组成。本论文针对抛物面天线的测量需求,设计完整的驱动方案、显示测量结果与计算方案。根据天线测量原理得到抛物面天线测量系统的总体框图,然后从硬件和软件两个方面实现了对抛物面天线误差测量系统的构建。硬件设计包括单片机控制的步进电机、天线测量放大器的设计和数据采集电路的实现。软件部分包括单片机控制程序、单片机与主控计算机之间的串口通信以及接收数据处理模块,最后设计了测量可视化软件。抛物面误差评定软件研制是一项系统工程,涉及到测点布置方法、测点数量与误差关系、曲面拟合、重构模型和标准模型匹配、误差评定、软件功能规划、软件工具选择、软件编制等内容。使用本软件系统,能驱动抛物面误差测量装置完成指定的曲面测量任务,自动计算和显示均方根误差。

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, parabolic antenna measurement techniques in modern antenna technology and military research in the field is more and more important. The main work of this paper is to design the corresponding parabolic antenna measurement system software, the paper focuses on the development of the parabolic antenna and error measurement system of data processing and display software.
Parabolic antenna is one of the most commonly used. The composition generally has reflector, the antenna support, strengthen tendons and so on. Parabolic antenna measurement needs for a complete driver program design. And show measurement results and calculation program. Measurement principles are based antenna parabolic antenna measuring overall system block diagram, from both hardware and software to build a parabolic antenna measuring system. Hardware design, including microprocessor controlled stepper motor, the antenna measurement amplifier circuit design and data collection. Software components including the microprocessor control program, microcontroller and the serial communication between the host computer and receive data processing module, and finally design visualization software measurement.
