摘要
人力资源成本是企业为了取得、维护开发和遣散人力资源所付出的代价。众所周知,酒店业是劳动密集型企业,其人力资源成本占酒店总成本的很大比例。因此,酒店人力资源成本管理在酒店管理中处于举足轻重的地位。酒店要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须想方设法降低成本,提高经济效益,而要降低成本,必须从降低人力资源成本着手。本文通过研究国内外酒店成本管理的经典案例,结合成本管理的相关理论,提出了一些关于降低酒店人力资源成本的建议。

Abstract
Cost of human resources is the enterprise in order to obtain and maintain human resources development, and severance costs. As we all know, the hotel industry is labor-intensive enterprises, the human resources cost accounting for a large proportion of the total cost of the hotel. Therefore, the cost of hotel human resources management in hotel management in a pivotal position. Hotels in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, we must find ways to reduce costs, improve economic efficiency, and to reduce costs, reduce the cost of human resources must proceed.
