毕业设计（论文） 课题名称 论建筑施工企业的工程 学习层次 专升本 专 业 工程管理 学 号 论建筑施工企业的工程造价风险管理 【摘要】随着国内建筑市场的发展，建筑施工企业面临的风险也越来越多，不仅影响着建筑施工企业的安全性和完成工程的顺利性，也降低了施工企业的利润。为此，建筑施工企业必须加强风险管理，用科学合理的管理方式降低风险。本文在对工程造价以及工程造价风险管理的理论阐述基础上，探讨了我国施工企业工程造价风险管理的现状，存在的问题及其产生的原因，进行了探讨，并提出了一些对策建议，即建立专门的风险管理部门对风险防范进行管理、项目选择决策阶段的风险防范对策、做好施工前详细的合同交底、做好资金使用规划，降低资金使用风险、及时进行工程量及单价的调整确认，降低造价的量价风险等。 【关键词】建筑施工企业 工程造价 风险管理 【Abstract】 Along with the development of domestic construction market, the construction enterprise risks has more increase, not only affects the safety of construction enterprise and complete the smooth engineering sex, also reduces the construction of the profits of the business. For this, the construction enterprise must strengthen risk management, with the scientific and reasonable management ways to reduce the risk.
