2014届 毕 业 设 计 所在学院： 材料科学与工程学院 专 业： 高分子材料科学与工程 设计(论文)题目：聚乙烯基吹塑薄膜用途工艺配方设计 2014年 06 月 07 日 PE基吹塑薄膜用途工艺配方设计 摘 要 本文主要是聚乙烯基吹塑薄膜的用途、工艺和配方设计。本设计选择薄膜用途为无滴大棚膜，采用线性低密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯为原料，通过光稳定剂783、抗氧剂B225提高薄膜的防老化性能，以复合防雾滴剂提高薄膜的防雾性，加入碳酸钙填料降低成本。本设计由配方设计、工艺流程设计、工艺衡算、设备选型、车间设计等内容组成。选择上吹法来设计生产工艺流程并确定挤出机温度、吹胀比等工艺参数，画出生产工艺流程图，再进行精确的物料衡算和热量衡算，根据所设计的生产工艺流程进行相应的设备选型。在确定生产流程和生产设备的基础上绘制出生产车间的总体平面结构图。此外，还包括采暖通风，安全和环境影响。 关键词： PE 吹塑 薄膜 工艺设计 The Use,Process and Formulation Design of PE Based Blown Film Abstract The main work of this paper is the use, process and formulation design of PE based blown film.The film is used as non drop greenhouse film,The design used linear low density polyethylene and low density polyethylene as raw material, the design improved the anti-aging properties of the film with light stabilizer 783 and antioxygen B225, used the compound antifogging agents to prevent fog and the addition of calcium carbonate filler reduced the cost.Formulation.The design of process, the accurate calculation of process, equipment selection, workshop′s design are discussed in this article. Designed the manufacturing process depending on the upper blowing method and maped out a process flow diagram,then completed accurate material balance and heat balance, according to the production process to determine a corresponding selection of equipment. Maped out the overall planar structure diagram of the production workshop based on the production process and production equipments.In addition, the heating, ventilation, safety and environmental impact are included.
