First of all, I’m going to start with some general information about my family. Then I want to tell the class about Faversham in the 1940s and show them some old photographs. After that, I’m going to talk about my grandparents’ lives in Faversham – how they met, and how my grandmother’s life changed when she got married. And then I want to say why my grandparents emigrated to Canada in the 1950s. And finally, I’d like to talk a bit about my parents and my brothers and sisters. I’m not going to speak for a long time – maybe about thirty minutes. I’m a bit nervous so I’m going to practise with Susan tomorrow. Can you tell me if thirty minutes is OK?
