内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文中文摘要体育社团在现代化社会进步和世界体育改革中迅速发展，体现了旺盛 的生命力。高校体育社团是学校建设的重要组成部分，为学校建设及学 校文化建设作出了贡献。本针对高校学生体育社团对学校文化（精神文 化、物质文化、制度文化、行为文化）建设支持做出详细的分析研究， 总结呼和浩特市本科院校学生体育社团的发展现状，并以体育社团支持 学校文化建设为基础，深入研究大学生体育社团发展出现的问题并提出 相应的建议，以更好地促使高校体育社团的发展完善，进而更好的促进 高校学校文化的建设，促使体育社团和学校文化发展两者相辅相成，形 成良性循环，促进高校学校建设更好发展。本文采用的主要研究方法是：文献资料发、访谈法、调查法、数理 统计法、逻辑分析法。研究表明呼和浩特高校学生体育社团还处于发展阶段，社团的数量 较少，规模不大，球类项目居多。而且继承性和持续性较差，自己的特 色体育社团更少。发展的与国内体育社团发展较好的高校有一定的差距， 有待其更好的发展。主要出现的问题有：制度的实施较差，对负责人没有严格的审核审 查制度和针对性的培训，缺乏严格的审核、审查把关；决策权多数在主 要负责人手中，社员很少有决定权；没有校体育部对社团的辅助管理机 制；经费数量总体投入不佳，校方拨款较少，经费筹集渠道不多，社会 资助较少，财务管理和审计制度有不完善，没有设置监督机制；指导员 的配置不足，专业人员较少；在宣传方面途径少，手段单一；交流机会 少，很少有社会、企事业、国内外的交流，交流频率也不多；活动形式 单调，活动行政参与较大，质量偏低，缺乏其层次性、艺术性、灵活性 和多元性，社会性质的交流不够等。大学生体育社团的发展对学校文化 建设有积极作用，其分别对学校精神文化、物质文化、制度文化和行为 文化的许多方面都有不可或缺的影响。研究建议：为使呼和浩特大学生社团更好发展，更加积极支持学校 文化的建设，应完善社团组成，建设特色体育社团；完善审核制度，加强社团管理部门；扩大社团宣传，增加交流范围和方式；完善管理者的选举，培养专业管理人才；加强资金管理制度，健全财务监督、审计； 完善活动计划，提高活动层次和品质；加强社团指导力度；展现自己， 提高校领导的重视等。关键词：呼和浩特；高校体育社团；发展现状；学校文化ABSTRACTNowadays, the development and progress of society and the reform of sports provide a huge opportunity and broad prospects for sports association, showing a strong vitality. College student sports clubs, as an important part of our national sports associations, attract much attention. Directed at making a detailed analysis of supporting for constructing the school culture (spiritual culture, material culture, system culture, behavior culture) was made by college students, summarizes the developing status of colleges and universities’ student sports associations in Hohhot. And based on sports associations supporting the cultural construction of school, in order to better promote the sound development of university sports associations, and further enhance the construction of school culture.
