新型激光光束光学系统设计与分析-design and analysis of new laser beam optical system
AbstractThedesign,simulationandexperimentsoftheopticalsystemtogenerateBesselbeamsandbottlebeamweredoneinthispaper,thebeampropagationpropertywasanalysisindetail,themajorworkisshownasfollowing:1.TheevolutionprocessofBesselbeamandbottlebeamgeneratedfromaxiconweredescribedbytheray-tracingandthediffractiontheory.Modelingandsimulationweredonebyusingopticaldesignsoftware,thereconstructionpropertyofBesselbeamwereanalyzedbytheBabinet’sprinciple.2.Wepresentthedesignofanaxicon-likedcementeddoublet-lenssystem(Lensaxicon)madefromtwosphericalaberrationlensesthroughcontrollingandoptimizingthesphericalaberrationofthesurface.ThelensaxiconhasthemainpropertiesoftheBesselbeam.Comparedwiththeaxicon,thiselementisinexpensiveandeasytomanufactureevenwithlargeapertures.TheevolutionofthegeneratedBesselbeamusingLensaxiconwassimulatedbyusingoptical-designsoftware.Intheexperiment,theBesselbeampatternswerecapturedindifferentpropagationposition.Andtheexperimentalresultsfitwellwiththetheoreticalsimulation.3.Theprocessofthebottlebeamgeneratedfromanaxicon-lenssystemwasdescribedbyanovelmethodbasedontheray-tracing.Theintensitydistributionofthebottlebeaminpropagationwasanalyzed.Usingray-tracing,theinfluenceofthefocallengthofthelensonthesizesofbottlebeamwasanalyzed.Theresultshowsthatthesizesofbottlebeamincreasewiththeincreasingofthefocallengthofthelens.Intheexperiment,thebottlebeamsweregeneratedbyusinganaxicon-lenssystem.Thebeampatternswerecapturedindifferentpropagationposition,theevolutionandtransversalintensitydistributionofbottlebeamwasanalyzed.Theexperimentalresultsfitwellwiththetheoreticalsimulation.Therefore,wecanchooserightsizebottlebeamtomanipulatetheparticleswiththedifferentsizes.4.Inthispaper,thediffraction-freeBesselbeamsweregeneratedusingtwodifferentbaseangleaxicons.TheopticalintensitydistributioninasingleBesselbeamandtwointerferenceBesselbeamwereanalyzed,andthecharacteristicsofthegeneratedbottlebeamsinacompleteperiodwerealsoanalyzed.Thetransverseopticalintensitydistributionofthebeamalongthep
