辽宁阜新农家乐旅游研究 摘要：目前，随着人们收入水平的不断提高，闲暇时间的增多，旅游业的纯粹观光功能趋于弱化，度假、休闲、体验的功能将愈来愈增强。伴随城市居民回归自然意识的产生，作为一种新型农业旅游形式的农家乐则应运而生，已经成为我国旅游业中一道亮丽的风景。在国家大力发展乡村旅游的背景下，辽宁省阜新市政府在政策上开始重视农家乐的发展。农家乐的发展对增加农民收入、促进农村经济发展以及解决“三农”问题等有着积极的作用，这同样也是辽宁省阜新市大力发展农家乐旅游的原因所在。 然而，在辽宁省阜新市积极发展农家乐旅游的同时，还存在着一些问题，这些问题在一定程度上限制了农家乐旅游健康可持续的发展。本文从阜新市农家乐旅游的现状分析出发，对阜新市农家乐旅游存在的不足以及制约因素进行了较为详细地讨论。在此基础上，利用SWOT方法对阜新市农家乐旅游的优劣势进行了较为全面的分析，从政府、农家乐经营者以及游客三个层面提出了建议和对策，从而促进阜新农家乐旅游的可持续发展。 关键词：农家乐 SWOT分析 旅游产品 服务水平 Abstract: At present, with the continuous improvement of peoples income levels, the increase in leisure time, the tourism industry pure sightseeing function tends to weaken, vacation, leisure, experience the function will be increasingly enhanced.
