摘 要 本文主要介绍了 PLC在城市污水处理中的具体应用实例，系统的介绍了城市污水处理工艺流程，以及基于SIEMENS的S7—400 系列PLC的污水处理实施方案，介绍城市污水处理厂监控系统数据采集的方法。可编程控制器即PLC是综和了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术的一种新型的、通用的自动控制装置。现在可编程控制器已经成为最重要、最可靠、应用场合最广泛的工业控制微型计算机。为了提高污水处理厂的运行管理水平， PLC该系统的重要组成单元，各单元按一定拓扑结构互连构成污水处理厂的控制系统。PLC各工作站的功能、网络构成在污水处理中的应用，总结自动化控制系统对提高生产效率、减少现场操作人员、提高安全性发挥的良好效果。  关键词：污水处理；自动化控制系统；PLC；硬件配置软件设计Abstract This paper mainly introduces the PLC in urban sewage treatment in specific applications, the system introduced in urban sewage treatment process and SIEMENS on the S7-400 series PLC to implement sewage treatment programs, as well as municipal polluted water treatment plant data monitoring system collection method. Programmable logic controller or PLC is a combination of computer technology have been as a new, general-purpose automatic control device. Programmable controller now has become the most important and reliable, the most extensive applications of industrial control computer. It has strong functions, high reliability, the use of flexible, easy to program and adapt to a number of advantages of the industrial environment. In order to improve the operation of a sewage treatment plant management, PLC has become an important component unit of the system , in the various modules of the system topology according to a certain connection with each other constitute a sewage treatment plant control system.
