上海国金中心 Shanghai IFC 德意志银行办公室精装修工程 Magnolia, Deutsche Bank Fitting Out Project 24小时空调水管化学水处理方案 24 Hours Chilled Water Pipe Water Treatment Plan 北京金碧合力建筑设计工程有限公司 Infinity Design Egineering 日 期：2011年1月11日 化学清洗及钝化镀膜方案 Chemical cleaning and Passivation Coating Plan 水力冲洗→脱脂、杀菌→化学清洗→漂洗→钝化预膜→水质处理保养 Hydrodynamic cleaning—degreasing, sterilization---chemical cleaning---blanch—passivation film—water treatment maintain 水力冲洗 Hydrodynamic cleaning 因冷冻、热水系统是密闭的循环水系统，所以水力清洗只能尽量多启动几台水泵让所有的闭式水都循环起来，其后视水的浑浊度，尽可能排去混浊污水，最好是多冲洗几次配水管。 As the chilled and hot water system are sealed circulating water systems, so the hydrodynamic cleaning should be carried out with as many pumps as possible to circulate all closed water. 脱脂、杀菌 Degreasing and sterilization 目的：杀菌、剥离污泥、清除油污 Purpose: sterilization, sludge stripping, oil pollution clearance 方法：投加H-1056清洗时间因系统状况而定，一般至液面无明显油珠时脱脂工作结束，时间大约2-5小时。 Method: add H-1056, and the cleaning time will be decided by the condition of the system. (Generally, the cleaning time is about 2-5hours.) The degreasing work could be finished while there are no obvious oil droplets. 化学清洗 Chemical cleaning 目 的：清除污垢、浮锈 Purpose: cleaning the fouling and rust 方 法：在膨胀水箱直接投加络合清洗剂H-1070作24-36小时循环清洗，使清洗剂与设备管壁垢、浮锈发生反应，生成可溶性物质排出。 Method: add complex abluent H-1070 to the expansion tank and the cleaning work should be kept for 24-36 hours. After the abluent interact with the scale on the tube and the rust, the soluble substance, the resultant, should be discharged. 技术要求：在清洗过程中主要检测两个指标： Technical requirements: main detect two indexes: PH值、控制在6左右（本公司采用有机络合剂络合清洗）； PH value should be around 6 ( organic complex abluent are used by our company); ②浑浊度、一般清洗时由于清洗剂的作用，水的浑浊度将增大，呈黄、黑色。 Turbidity: with the effect of the abluent, the turbidity of water will be higher, and the water will be yellow and black. ③腐蚀率检测，可采用直接挂片于管道系统中来检测（碳钢≤0.125mm/a、铜及铜合金≤0.005mm/a）。 Corrosion rate could be detected according to the degree of corrosion of the metal coupon which suspend in the pip
