AbstractWith Global Manufacturing developing, supply Chain is becoming a new pattern of management which has being broadly applied in manufacturing industry. The supply chain management has positive influence on improving the response of enterprise to client, and this made it an important strategy of management. The competition among enterprises is mostly that of supply chain in the 21st century. The main products of GCE Corporation are home appliance controllers and industrial server controllers. Electronic manufacturing industry, the area GCE belongs to, is filled with keen competition. Under the effect of electronic materials cost raise and financial crisis in 2008, GCE also faced the pressures of the materials cost and market competition. Establishing excellent supply chain and seeking a new start of profit become the important actions for GCE development in the future.This paper emphasizes on how apply the theories of supply management and supplier management to resolve the practical problems of supply management in small manufacturing enterprises. This research can cut the uncertainty, reduce cost, increase revenue and promote the enterprise into the environment of supply chain management as soon as possible. It takes GCE Corporation for instance, basing the situation of the supplier management, put forward the proposal of the relationship construction between enterprise and supplier and illustrates how to establish and manage and sustain a long-term trust between them so that the enterprise would reduce the cost, strength the core competitive power and realize the supply chain win-win.Key words: Supplier managementSupplier selection and measurement Supplier performance measurementSupplier quality management AHP analysis method目录摘要...............................................................................................................
