AbstractAs the gas turbine technology development continuously, high temperature alloy material is used in steam turbine industry more and more widely. For the poor cutting performance of high temperature alloy, it is difficult problem to machine small size thread is a on GH4169. Using traditional process to tap thread could cause screw break, and cause machine work piece according to adjacent wrong size, even cause the work piece scrap, those issues may delay the delivery time, and cause economic loss.Vibration tapping is use a regular vibration on tool or work piece, make the traditional continuous cutting process change to discontinuous repetitive pulse cutting process. In this way, to reduce torque, improve tool service life and improve accuracy of thread.In order to research different process method to machine small size hole thread, to solve the tapping problem on the difficult cutting material GH4169, this dissertion analyses the different working mechanism of traditional tapping and vibration tapping. Use spiral vibration device and data measurement device to measure tapping torque of GH4169 vibration tapping. To machine GH4169, 45steel and aluminum alloy material with the traditional tapping and vibration tapping separately and compare examine the torque and thread precision during machine processing.Test and examination data show that vibration tapping could reduce the tapping torque greatly, increase service life of the tool. The thread machine by vibration tapping has perfect and symmetrical shape. In conclusion, vibration tapping is a ideal processing method for GH4169 small-hole tapping. Apply this method into actual machine could greatly improve machine efficiency, and could improve the acceptance rate, to reduce economic loss.Keywords: vibration tapping, small size hole tapping, high temperature alloy, vibration device, cutting test目录摘要 ..........................................................................................................
