预后有关。因此Gli1可能对子宫内膜癌的治疗、评价预后提供一定的依据。（4）Gli1基因与子宫内膜癌的病理类型以及PR的表达无相关。【关键词】子宫内膜癌，Gli1，免疫组化TheexpressionofGli1geneinendometrialcarcinomaandtherelationbetweenERandPRAbstractObjective：ThisstudywastoexaminetheexpressionofGli1innormalendometriumandendometrialcarcinoma.TheassociationsbetweenproteinexpressionofGli1andoccurrenceanddevelopmentofendometrialcarcinoma,thedepthofmyometrialinfiltrationandlymphaticmetastasis,pathologicaltype,histologicalgrading,ERandPRexpression.Itwastosearchthereliabletumormarkerfordiagnosis，recurrencemonitoring,therapeuticeffectandprognosisjudgmentofendometrialcarcinoma,andtoprovidemolecularbiologicalevidenceforthegenetherapyofendometrialcarcinoma．Method：(1)ThemethodsofimmunohistochemistrywereutilizedtoexamineproteinexpressionofGli1in60endometrialcarcinomas(including47typeⅠendometrialcarcinomas,13typeIIendometrialcarcinomas),30normalendometriums.TheassociationsbetweenGli1expressionandpatient’sclinicpathologicfeatureswereevaluated．(2)ThemethodsofimmunohistochemistrywerealsoutilizedtoexamineproteinexpressionofER,PRin60endometrialcarcinomas(including47typeⅠendometrialcarcinomas,13typeIIendometrialcarcinomas).TheassociationsbetweenGli1andER,PRexpressionwereevaluated．Result：Theimmunohistochemistryresultshowedin60exampleendometrialcarcinomaspecimentherateofGli1intensiveexpressionis76.67%(46/60),in 30 examplenormalendometriumspecimen the rateof Gli1intensiveexpression is13.33%(4/30).The Gli1 expression had significant differences between the tumortissuesandnormalendometrium(P0.05).ThesignificantpositiveassociationwasfoundbetweenintensiveexpressionofGli1anddepthofmyometrialinfiltration,histologicalgradingandlymphaticmetastasis.therewerenoassociationsbetweentheintensiveexpressionofGli1andpathologicaltype.ThesignificantnegativeassociationwasfoundbetweenintensiveexpressionofGli1andERexpression,andtherewerenoassociationsbetweentheintensiveexpressionof Gli1 andPRexpression.conclusion:TheintensiveproteinexpressionsofGli1innormalendometrium,endometrialcarcinomah
