GnRH 激动剂对绝经前乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的保护：Meta 分析 中文摘要一、目的系统评价 GnRH 激动剂对绝经前乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的保护作用。 二、方法 计算机检索 PubMed、MEDLINE(通过 OVID 平台检索)、CENTRAL(The Coehrane Central Register of Controlled Trials)和 CBM、CNKI、VIP、万方等数据 库。收集绝经前乳腺癌患者辅助化疗联合 GnRH-a 的随机对照试验，采用 Stata11.2 软件对资料进行 Meta 分析。三、结果 共纳入 7 篇文章，8 个研究，677 例患者。Meta 分析结果显示，GnRH-a 联合辅助化疗与单纯辅助化疗相比，月经复潮率的合并 OR 值为 2.83（95%CI： 1.52 5.25），差异有统计学意义。四、结论与单纯辅助化疗相比较，联合 GnRH-a 辅助化疗对绝经前女性患者的 卵巢功能具有一定的保护作用。【关键词】Meta 分析，乳腺癌，卵巢功能，GnRH，随机对照试验Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Analog Cotreatment For The Preservation of Ovarian Function During Gonadotoxic Chemotherapy For Breast Cancer: A Meta-AnalysisABSTRACTOBJECTIVE: To determine whether gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analog cotreatment with chemotherapy for breast cancer provides better reproductive outcomes for women at risk of premature ovarian failure (POF) as a side-effect of gonadotoxic chemotherapy by meta-analysis.METHODS: Randomized controlled trials( RCTs) comparing GnRH cotreatment with chemotherapy alone in premenopausal women in the following electronic data-bases: Pubmed, MEDLINE(OVID), CENTRAL(The Coehrane Central Register of Controlled Trials), CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang data base were searched. All the data were analyzed by Stata 11.2.RESULTS: Seven studies involving a total of 677 participants met the inclusion criteria.
