AbstractWiththedomesticenergyissueshavebecomeincreasinglyprominent,theenergy savingandenvironmentalprotectionhasbecomeanationaleconomicdevelopmentan importantissue,Developingcountriesinrecentyearshavebeenintroducedpoliciesto promoteenergy-savingemissionreductionprogramsandservices.Energyservice companies(ESCO)havebeguntoemergeandgrowrapidly,butfacedwithallkindsof bottlenecksandobstacles.SoitisnecessarythatWeshouldputforwardasetofsuitable strategypatternforESCOinthecurrentenergyenvironmentonthesuccessfuloperation ofthe business case analysis.GNcompanyisanESCOforthepurposeofenergy-savingService,Asanemerging industry,GNcompanyisalsofacingsomebottlenecksintherapiddevelopmentatthe sametime.Suchasbusinessmodelisnotstable,thedirectionofthemarketlimitationand so on.
