ABSTRACTStabilized chlorine dioxide is a new kind of disinfectant and it has a wide range of developing prospect. The products used now are mainly sodium percarbonate, we prepared the solid sodium percarbonate dissolved it in water and then absorbed chlorine dioxide , finally the stable chlorine dioxide aqueous solution was gained. We put acid in the solution to make the pure Chlorine dioxide and saved it in the brown bottle so that we could see about the unstable chlorine dioxide solution reduction with time gone. At last we drew a conclusion chlorine dioxide got lost for its disproportionating decomposition after 12 days. It also told us the unstable chlorine dioxide solution wasn’t compatible to commercial storage and transportation. So the stability about the chlorine dioxide becomes one of the key problems about broadening the range of uses and strengthening the effect of use. In the present stable chlorine dioxide, there are many product forms which can be categorized liquid state and solid state according to their existing state. This article introduces a new process in preparation of solid stable chlorine dioxide which uses silicate and hydrogen peroxide as the basic ingredients, absorbs the chlorine dioxide gas and then it appears colloid stable chlorine dioxide , finally dry it and then get the solid stable chlorine dioxide. This article also discusses the preparation condition and test it’s stability by iodometric method.Key Words:Chlorine dioxide methyl alcohol method analysis method solid sodium percarbonate stable chlorine dioxide silicate of soda hydrogen peroxide solid stable chlorine dioxide第一章 文献综述1.1 二氧化氯的研究背景目前,国内外常用的杀菌消毒剂主要有臭氧、过氧化物、氯气以及液态二氧化氯等 四大类。臭氧、过氧化物类杀菌剂虽然应用比较普遍,技术比较成熟,但存在着杀菌持 效短,消毒效果差等缺点;氯气在杀菌、消毒过程中,容易生成一些有毒副产物,因而 在欧美等发达国家逐步被淘汰,如欧洲的饮用水领域 90%的氯气已被二氧化氯所取代。 二氧化氯作为一种消毒剂,其最大的优点是不与水中的有机物反应生成有毒、有害的有 机氯代物,其安全性被世界卫生组织列为 A1 级杀菌消毒剂鲁秀国 2000。自八十年代以 来,二氧化氯由于其优异的、高效的广谱杀菌性能和较低的有毒副产物,因而,二氧化 氯的应用在国际上得到迅猛发展,并被广泛应用到水处理、纸浆漂白、食品加工和医疗 卫生等众多领域。液态二氧化氯由于其只能较好
