摘要房地产业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业，其产业相关度高，带动性强，发 展态势直接关系到整个国民经济的稳定发展和老百姓的生活质量。而随着互联 网技术的不断进步和房地产网站的发展，买房上房地产网站查阅房源信息，了 解房产类相关新闻和政策法规已经成为网民的首选。目前，关于内容生产的研究，大多数针对传统媒体，几乎没有涉及到网络， 而对于商业性的非新闻网站更无从谈起。本文选取房地产网站作为研究对象， 旨在探寻商业性非新闻网站的内容生产流程。在房地产网站里，存在着以写稿 为生的“记者”，而网站也按照报社的运作方法，追求原创，试图通过自己的报 道去影响网友，作为传播主体在不断的摸索中逐渐形成了一套自身的内容生产 流程。但作为商业性的网站，其内容生产兼具网络营销的目的，而其收入来源 主要集中在开发商的广告费和推广费上。在这点上，房地产网站内容生产是否 会完全偏向开发商一边，还是更多的以传统媒体为榜样，追求自己的公信力和 影响力呢？本文遵循和借鉴了研究传统新闻生产的经典手法——Breed的编辑部内部关 系研究和外部控制因素研究，将房地产网站内容生产分为内外两个部分，内部主 要陈述传播主题如何进行内容生产，包括其自身的生产流程以及“把关”研究。 而外部控制因素则论述政策限制、经济因素以及其他网站的竞争态势。最终，依 据以上相关论述，得出自己的结论。 本文的研究对象是合肥2个知名房地产网站，合肥搜房网是个完全以营销导 向的企业，前台（即市场）与后台（即内容生产中心）都是围绕网络营销来工作； 而合肥房地产交易网作为地方性房地产网站霸主，其自采新闻的质量在合肥房地 产行业有口皆碑。通过对两家房地产网站从业人员以及相关领导进行访谈，并以 亲身参与的方式，记录下房地产网站内容生产流程，挖掘它的内容生产究竟如何， 受到何种因素的影响，与传统媒体的新闻生产区别何在。 关键词：房地产网站、媒体、新闻生产 IAbstractAs the pillar of the national economy, the real estate is high correlation industry with strong impetus, directly related to the development of the whole national economy and peoples quality of life. With the improvement of internet technique, the real estate website also have a great development. Searching information of buying an apartment from internet, seeing related news and laws have been the first choice of netizan.At present, the research about real estate mostly aim at traditional media, seldom involved internet. In the real estate website, there are some journalists specialized in writing, pursuing original as the methods of operation in nespaper office and television station. They influent netizan through their reports and generaly formed a production process.
