AbstractFoshanisinacriticalperiodofadjustingtheindustrialstructure,stableeconomic growth,promoteindustrialrestructuringandupgradingandthedevelopmentofnew industries.However,intheprocessofspeedingupindustrialrestructuring,many companiesrecruitmentdifficulties,especiallydifficulttorecruitskilledpersonnel, emergingindustrytalentshortages,personnelstructureisunreasonableoutstanding problemssuchastheshortageofskilledtalentsbecomebarrierstoindustrial transformationandupgrading.Vigorouslydevelopvocationaleducation,Chinasindustrial restructuring,andtheurgentneedofeconomicdevelopment,especiallyinthefaceofthe developmentofnewindustries,andhowtoquicklyandefficientlytrainasuitableskilled personnel,andschool-enterprisecooperationistherealizationofthisgoalthemost efficientway.Foshanlotsofsecondaryvocationalschoolstocarryoutaschool-enterprise cooperation,andalsomadesomeachievements,buttheschool-enterprisecooperationis notdeepenough,asinglemodeofcooperation,long-termcooperativerelationsdilemma.
