AbstractFoshanisinacriticalperiodofadjustingtheindustrialstructure,stableeconomic growth,promoteindustrialrestructuringandupgradingandthedevelopmentofnew industries.However,intheprocessofspeedingupindustrialrestructuring,many companiesrecruitmentdifficulties,especiallydifficulttorecruitskilledpersonnel, emergingindustrytalentshortages,personnelstructureisunreasonableoutstanding problemssuchastheshortageofskilledtalentsbecomebarrierstoindustrial transformationandupgrading.Vigorouslydevelopvocationaleducation,Chinasindustrial restructuring,andtheurgentneedofeconomicdevelopment,especiallyinthefaceofthe developmentofnewindustries,andhowtoquicklyandefficientlytrainasuitableskilled personnel,andschool-enterprisecooperationistherealizationofthisgoalthemost efficientway.Foshanlotsofsecondaryvocationalschoolstocarryoutaschool-enterprise cooperation,andalsomadesomeachievements,buttheschool-enterprisecooperationis notdeepenough,asinglemodeofcooperation,long-termcooperativerelationsdilemma. School-enterprisecooperationdoesnotformalong-termmechanism,becauseofthe strengthofthesecondaryvocationalschoolsandschoollevelshouldbeimproved, enterpriseslacktheenthusiasmoftheparticipatingschool-enterprisecooperationtoalack ofpolicyand institutional support, and manyother factors.ThispaperresearchtoIndustrialtransformationandupgrading ofthedemandforskills inresearchasthestarting,Theresearchdepthstudyofusingliterature,dataanalysis method,questionnaire,interviewandComparativeLaw.Thispaperconsistsoffive chapters,Chapter1:IntroductionToillustratethereasonforchoosetheresearchtopicsand thesignificanceofresearchtopics,tosummarizethecurrentresearchsituationathomeand abroad,tointroducetheresearchmethod,andtodefinetherelevantresearchconcept.;The secondchapterdescribessecondaryvocationaleducationschool-enterprisecooperationto implementthetheoreticalbasisandsignificance;Chapter3:AnalysistheImplementation ofschool-enterprisecooperationsituationinsecondaryvocationalschools;Chapter4:By comparingthedomesti
