Womensmarriageandfamilystatusofautonomyresearchreport——TakingYangchengcountyinJinchengcityasanexampleABSTRACTAsthemainbodyoftheco-creatorsofthehistoryandcivilizationofhumansociety,manandwomenshouldhaveequalstatus.However,thepatriarchyandethicsoffeudalsocietymakemenandwomenbecamenobleandhumbleandmaster-slaverelationship.AfterthefoundingofNewChina,withsuccessivelypromulgatedtheConstitution,MarriageLaw,andotherlaws,theseriousgenderdiscriminationstatusoffeudalsocietyhasbeenchanging.Especiallyafterthereformandopening,china’ssocietyisinthetransitionperiod,themassivesocialchangeshavecausedthethinkingandresearchondevelopmentprospectsandsocialstatusofwomen.Tryingtoadvancecountermeasuresofwomen’smarriageandfamilyautonomy,wewillstudythewomensmarriageandfamilyautonomybytheperspective,whichisthemarriageandfamilyofyangchengcounty.Thefullpaperisdividedintosixparts:Thefirstpart:introduction.Thispartmainlyintroducestheresearchbackground,researchsignificance,researchstatusathomeandabroad,researchmethods,etc.Thesecondpart:combingthebasicproblemsofwomensmarriageandfamilyautonomy.Thispartsummarizesandsortsoutmarriageandfamilyautonomy’sconnotation,characteristics,scopeandprinciplesthatshouldbefollowed,soastoclarifythebasicconceptsandissues.Thethirdpart:thebasicsituationofmarriageandfamilyinYangchengCounty.Inthischapter,firstlyabriefintroductionofYangchengCountyispresented.Secondly,toanalyzeallkindsoffactorsaffectingthestabilityofmarriageandfamilyIIIfromthemacroscopicandoverallperspective,lotsofquestionnaireandpersonalinterviewsareexecutedtoinvestigatethequalityofmarriageandfamilyinthisarea.Lastly,arguingthequalityofmarriageandfamilyisaffectedbyavarietyoffactors,amongthesefactorswomenseconomicstatusandbothsexpsychologicaldifferencesarethemostimportantfactors.Thefourthpart:thepresentsurveyofwomen’smarriageandfamilyautonomyinYangchengCounty.Thesituationofwomen’srighttoself-determinationinmarriageandfamilyisinvestigatedfromthemarriage,durationofmarriageanddivorcethreestages.Arguingthefactors
