从上世纪50年代后期开始,项目成本管理理论的研究就开始了迅速的发展,为进一步推进项目管理理论的运用,结合山西晋城煤层气发电厂项目管理的具 体实例,本文对该项目的成本优化进行探讨。论文分析了影响项目成本优化的 因素,对主要影响要素利用层次分析法进行分析。论文介绍山西晋城煤层气发 电厂工程概况,在进行工序分解的基础上编制了网络图计划并进行比较分析, 在成本分解的基础上,经过与实际成本对比,得出优化结果。论文的重点是利用 网络计划技术的工期——成本优化理论,结合项目特点,分析工期——成本优 化的约束条件,进行项目工期——成本优化。论文结合项目实际,提出了进一 步加强组织机构建设、成本管理、 进度管理、质量管理、安全管理、技术管 理、采购管理和项目后评估等方面管理的建议。论文最后介绍利用网络计划技术 的 工期——成本优化理论进行项目工期——成本优化而取得的显著的经济效 益。【关 键词】 工程项目;管理;项目成本;优化In order to promote further application of project management, this thesis study the program-cost optimization of Shanxi jincheng CCM project according the projects heed for management. Firstly, the main factors which affect the optimization purpose accost greatly are found out through AHP. Then Shanxi jincheng CCM Project is briefly introduced here. GT and network plan are carried out after BWS. And a comparison between them is undertakers. At the same time the thesis compares the project cost structure with actual cost. After making clear the constraints, the thesis focuses on the project ’s program-cost optimization according to relative theory and the project’s actual characters. Followly, the thesis brings out advice on organization construction, cost management, schedule management, quality management, safety management, technique management, information management, purchase management, and post-project appraisal.
