AbstractAdministrativeenvironmentfortheimplementationoftheGovernmentreferstosocialandpublicmanagement,thepromotionofsocio-economicdevelopmentandimprovepeoplesstandardoflivingprovidedbythepolicy,administrativeresourcesandconditions.Administrativeenvironmentincludingbothhardwareenvironment,includingthesoftenvironment,whichisparticularlyimportant.HardwareenvironmentisthattheChiefofthematerialequipment,canquicklybeimprovedbyincreasinginput;andsoftenvironment-changesingovernmentbehaviorshouldbedonelong-termefforts,butalsothethemeofthisarticletothecontent.IndustrialParkistheeconomicdevelopmentofsocialismwithChinesecharacteristics,theforwardposition.Inthecontextofeconomicglobalization,inordertoattractsocialresourcestoenhancetheregionsmarketcompetitivenessandmaintainitssocio-economicsustainabledevelopmentintheregion,throughouttheracetospeedupthereformofthesystemhasbecomethetrendofeconomicandsocialdevelopment.IndustrialParkZoneistoimprovetheadministrativeenvironmentofthemainindicatorsofcompetitiveness,investmentandtheentranceofthedevelopmentofenterpriseshaveasignificantimpact.Aftermorethantwoyearsofpracticedevelopment,andadministrativeenvironmentinbuildingeffective,butwiththecontinuouseconomicandsocialdevelopment,butalsoexposedanumberofproblems.Forexample,optimizationoftheChiefEnvironmentalawarenessisnotstrong,theconceptofweakruleoflaw,open,fairandjustprinciplesareviolated,theGovernmenthasyettotackletheissueofapproval,theGovernmentisnothighercredibility.Inthisstudy,asthecaseJiuhuaIndustrialPark,IndustrialPark,fromthepointofviewofenterpriseindustrialparkmanagementandgovernmentdepartmentstoprovidetheadministrativeenvironmenttoexploretheadministrativeenvironmenttooptimizeandimprovethecompetitivenessoftheparkarealisticway.ThisstudyfollowedtheMarxisttheoryofknowledgefrompractice-theory-thepracticeoflaw,theproblemsfromdiscoverythroughtheintegrateduseofvariousresearchmethodstoexploretheideaofproblem-solvingapproachtothefulltextofthestudystarted.Firstofall,theoriginofthisstudyinthei
