II II Abstract In recent years,with the high pace of informationization and globalization, employees are increasingly under too much pressure and it is more likely to conduct deviation behavior. Domestic and foreign scholars carry out the research on job stress and employee deviation behavior from different perspectives, reaching extremely valuable research results. However,the relationship between the two concepts is a topic deficient in researches. Based on theory, the study identifies the job stress which is the antecedent of employees deviant work behavior, introduces negative emotions which is the intermediate variable and builds a theoretical model in order to research and analyze the relationships of these concepts. Thus it has important theoretical and practical significance. Through a large number of excellent access to domestic and foreign literature, this study clarify the relationship between job stress,negative emotions, and employees deviant behavior,from here this paper puts forward the model of job stress and employees deviant behavior. Meanwhile, a lot of data has been collected by analyzing questionnaires. And then using relevant statistical analysis software to analyze regression data,which verifies that the working pressure has influence on deviation behavior. And also it verifies that the negative emotions have an intermediary impact on employees deviant behavior. In the end,the study reaches the conclusions, shows inspiration for business management, and pointed out the limitations of this study and direction for further research.
