AbstractThepromulgationof“OpenGovernmentInformationRegulationsofThe PeoplesRepublicofChina”,definedthepubliclibraryisthemainplaceofopen governmentinformation,andthemainchannelofthecommunitytoaccessto governmentinformationfromalegalheight.Inthiscontext,ourpubliclibrariesby openingaspecialreadingroom,andsendingagovernmentwebsitelinkstoprovide thegovernmentinformationservices.PublicLibrarysgovernmentinformation servicehasbeengreatlyimprovedthroughcontinuouspracticeandexploration. However,carryoutthegovernmentinformationservicesinChinaisanewthing, manyproblemsstillexistintheprocessofpractice.Inparticularly,themechanismof governmentinformationdisclosureserviceyettobeestablished,thatisaserious impedimenttoplaythepublicfunctionsofthepubliclibrarygovernmentinformation. To this end, buildgovernment information servicemechanismin thepubliclibrariesis thekeytosolveaseriesofproblemsofthedisclosureofgovernmentinformationin the public library.Inthispaper,authorcombinepubliclibrariesandpublicgovernment informationtheory,basedonacomprehensiveanalysisofthestatusquoofChinas publiclibrariesgovernmentinformationdisclosureservices,analysisthepresenceof thestatusquoandinadequateofpubliclibrariesgovernmentinformationdisclosure services,thentobuildgovernmentinformationdisclosureservicemechanismofour publiclibrary.Thepaperisdividedintothefollowingsixparts:Thefirstpartisthe introduction,introducesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthisstudy,researchstatus, contentandmethods,themaininnovationandweaknesses.Thesecondpartisthe overviewofgovernmentinformationdisclosure,introducesthemeaningof governmentinformationdisclosureservice,significance,andtheprocessofChinas governmentinformationdisclosureservice.Thethirdpartisthetheoreticaland practicalbasisofgovernmentinformationdisclosureservice,mainlyfromthe theoreticalandpracticalaspectstocarryouttheneedofgovernmentinformation disclosureserviceinpubliclibraries.Thefourthpartisthestatusandproblemsof governmentinformationdisclosureserviceinpubliclibraries,ana
