That is one party can get the information of the other party, only if the other party get his. Fair exchange protocol plays an important role in electronic commerce, electronic government and so on. Designing a safe and efficient fair exchange protocol is an important prerequisite for the development of electronic contract applications. In this paper, a fair contract singing protocol and its application on electronic contract is done the deep research, the main research results are as follows:Summarize and analyze comprehensively the research of fair exchange protocol.In order to complete fairness, most of existed fair exchange protocols have introduced the third party, who may lead that the third party discloses the signature and contract intention of both sides of the transaction. In view of the above questions, this paper proposes the non-disclosure of the fair exchange protocol.Based on the elements of designated-receiver signature scheme and giving an improved aggregate signature scheme, proposes a novel verifiably encrypted signature scheme, designs a non-disclosure exchange protocol and analyzes the property of protocol.Identity-based cryptosystem has the advantage of simple key management. While signature scheme based on bilinear pairings technology has the advantage of shorter length of signature and high efficiency. This paper combines the advantages of identity-based cryptosystem and bilinear pairings technology, designs a new identity-based verifiably encrypted signature scheme.Designs a novel multi-party exchange protocol based on identity-based verifiably encrypted signature scheme and analyzes the security and efficiency of this protocol.
